| Is it safe to "Pay by email"? | |
|
| Our slogan might be a bit confusing in some way. Actually, we don't send payment or critical information by email, nor do we attach some kind of cybercoins or the like.
Much more, our emails serve only as notifications about transactions that have been made between 2 users within our secure server. To actually make payments, members always have to log into their accounts, which is always encrypted.
This way, ANYPAY is even safer than common credit card or bank payments, because there is always password protection.

| Is use of ANYPAY free of charge? | |
|
| Yes, there are currently absolutely no costs for private accounts.
Also, there are no setup or monthly charges for business accounts. ANYPAY only charges transaction based fees for actual usage, which are also currently waived.

| Whom can I pay/who can pay me? | |
|
|
With funds in your ANYPAY account you can generally pay anyone with an email address worldwide. Some receivers however might not want to accept your payment if they live in a country where we don't support withdrawals from the ANYPAY account. But since any receiver may still send the money to someone else this should often not be a problem.

| Why can't I add money to my ANYPAY account? | |
|
|
Holding customer's funds in ANYPAY accounts would put us into a role similar to a bank, according to German law. This requires licenses from the authorities. We respect these regulations and consequently disabled the service of adding funds into ANYPAY. The relevant licenses have been applied for, but their approval may still take months.

| When will P2P (or "internal") payments fully be available? | |
|

As soon as we achived the official status as a funds transmitter. We will notify all members (we can't name a date, sorry).

| When will banking in my country be available? | |
|
|
We are currently taking registrations of bank accounts in many countries. However, bank verifications currently only work for the following countries:
USA, Germany, Switzerland.
More countries will follow (we can't name a date, sorry).

| Why is there a minimum withdrawal from ANYPAY? | |
|
|
It is currently not possible to add money into ANYPAY. Consequently, funds in your account come exclusively from payments made by ANYPAY to it's users, typically from our welcome or referral bonusses.
Mainly, we must protect ourselves against members, who attempt to abuse our offers by registering multiple accounts and earn multiple welcome bonusses. The main purpose of our welcome bonus is making all our members able to try the benefits of email payments straightway.
Since we unfortunately have no money to give away for nothing, we currently have a minimum withdrawal of 25 USD / EUR. If one member reaches this limit by referring new users, he well deserves this money and may withdraw it without further limitations.
